FMDS Holds Round Table Discussion (RTD) on Research

Video Conference

Videoconferencing lecture on water-related hazards brought by rainfall variability

Everyone is invited to attend the UP-System wide forum on "Reducing Risks and Disasters due to Rainfall Variability: Protecting Life, Food and Property from Flood and Drought" which will be held on JULY 28, 2010 (Wednesday), 2-5 p.m. at the UP-NISMED Auditorium, Diliman.

The forum will have three major presentations: (1) water-related hazards in the Philippines, (2) food-supply vulnerability to water-related hazards, and (3) institutional courses of action to reduce water-related risks and disasters.

The lecture can also be viewed at the UPOU Headquarters, Los Banos, Laguna.
