CHEd offers scholarships for PhD in Education students
The Faculty Development Program of the Commission on Higher Education has allotted scholarship slots for private and public school teachers who wish to pursue, on full-time basis, the Ph. D in Education program offered by the UPOU. The scholarship grant entitles the grantee free tuition, stipend and book allowance. The institution, where the scholar will come from, will also be given financial support to hire a substitute while the faculty member pursues the doctoral degree.
