Caraga State University benchmarks UPOU’s microcredentialing program

The Caraga State University (CSU) conducted an online benchmarking meeting with the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) on 6 April 2026 to learn UPOU’s practices in designing and implementing microcredential programs. The discussion centered on UPOU’s processes in offering and developing microcredentials, as well as the institutional structures that support their implementation. UPOU Releases Mobile Version of Virtual Classroom, MyPortal

On 30 April 2024, the University of the Philippines Open University Information and Communication Technology Development Office (ICTDO) released the mobile version of its virtual classroom, MyPortal. Dubbed MyPortal Mobile, this application may be downloaded on any smart device through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.  MyPortal Mobile was developed to help UPOU students have easier access to their virtual classroom whenever and wherever they are.
