The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) Ugnayan ng Pahinungód and Concentrix Philippines will launch the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) titled  Introductory Course on Contact Center Services on 1 May 2021. This free online course focuses on developing effective online communication skills that will provide competitive skills and knowledge for ICT-enabled and contact services-related jobs.
