The Office of Student Development Services (OSDS) is thrilled to announce the opening of applications for the UP Student Wellness Subsidy Program (UP-SWS)!  What is the UP-Student Wellness Subsidy (SWS) Program? The UP-SWS Program is a grant to reduce the cost of prescribed medication and other mental health services. The subsidy covers a portion of the cost of medicines and professional services that mental health professionals prescribe. Who is eligible to apply for the SWS Program? As part of the admission process to the Doctor in Sustainability (DSus) Program, a five-day Midyear Intensive Course from 05 to 10 August 2024 will be held on-site at the University of the Philippines Open University, Los Baños, Laguna in the Philippines. Completing the Intensive Course is a requirement for admission to DSus. The course is only open to DSus admission applicants for First Semester AY 2024-2025. The Office of the University Registrar-UP Open University  is pleased to announce that the following academic processes are now accessible via the AIMS Student Portal (https://our.upou.edu.ph/student): 1) Online Application for University Clearance 2) Online Request for Document System (ORDS) These systems aim to facilitate students’ requests for documents and applications for clearance with integrated online payment. The systems shall also allow students to monitor the progress of their applications and requests through the Student Portal, reducing the need for email updates and follow-ups.
