The Los Banos Horticulture Society, Inc. (LBHSI) paid a courtesy visit to UPOU Chancellor Joane V. Serrano last 5 September 2025 at the OC Conference Room. LBHSI President, Ms. Vernie Valdez-Lucero, led LBHSI Board members in the visit to discuss preparations and exciting new additions to the upcoming 54th Flower and Garden Show, to be held from 3 to 12 October 2025 at the UPOU Community Hub.
