Quimbo, an affiliate faculty member of the the Faculty of Education (FEd), University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) is the newly appointed Program Chair of the Doctor of Philosophy in Education program effective 1 September 2018. The UP Open University (UPOU) Multimedia Center (MC) conducted an in-depth training on the use of Zoom for UPOU faculty and staff providing both academic and administrative assistance to students and other UPOU stakeholders.
