The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) received the Scroll of Honor Award during the Philippine Red Cross’ (PRC) celebration of National Blood Donors’ Month held on 25 July 2019 at the Time Plaza, Sta. Cruz, Laguna. Ms. Rhonna Marie Vereña, a University Researcher in the Faculty of Education (FEd), University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) has been appointed on 6 June 2019 as the Director of the newly established UPOU Ugnayan ng Pahinungod Office. During the recently concluded Licensure Exam for Real Estate Consultants, Ms. Dorothy May Rayela Nubla and Mr. Agusto Babula Agosto, two students from the Diploma in Land Valuation and Management (DLVM) Program of the University of the Philippines-Faculty of Management and Development Studies (UPOU-FMDS) were among the 43 passers out of the total 45 Real Estate Consultant Licensure exam takers.
