The UPOU Office of Public Affairs (OPA) visited the Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University (STOU) for a benchmarking activity on 12 November 2024 in Nonthaburi, Thailand. The representatives from UPOU OPA were led by OPA Director, Dr. Myra Almodiel.
