The Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS), UP Open University (UPOU) organized a Tree Planting activity in line with the holding of "Ugat", the 4th Wood Carving Competition and Exhibit, held on 20 June 2017 and the celebration of the 109th foundation of the University of the Philippines. The Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS) of UP Open University recognized its course completers and top learners in the Continuing Education Program (CEP) Closing Ceremonies held on 17 June 2017 at the Centennial Center for Digital Learning (CCDL) Auditorium, UPOU Headquarters, Los Baños, Laguna.
