UPOU faculty members join the UP System's Focused "COOPERATE" to Universities in Taiwan.In the spirit of collaboration and internationalization, the UP Open University (UPOU) responded to the call of the UP System Office of International Linkages (OIL) to join the Taiwan Academic Visit, otherwise known as the Focused "Continuous Operational and Outcomes-based Partnership for Excellence in Research and Academic Training Enhancement (COOPERATE)". The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) will be celebrating its 20th Commencement Exercises and the Investiture of its 4th Chancellor, Dr. Melinda dela Peña Bandalaria, in one ceremony on 30 July 2016. The UP Open University (UPOU) Multimedia Center (MC) conducted the training on Basic Audio and Video Systems Operations on 18 May 2016 at the CCDL Auditorium, UPOU Headquarters in Los Baños, Laguna.Dr. Joane V.
