(Lactation Attachment Training Counselling Help) Los Baños and Isabell Steinert Photography for a Breastfeeding Awareness and Respectful Birth Campaign entitled "Wonderfully Made. Empowering Mommy. As a public service initiative, the UPOU Cultural Committee chaired by Dr. Primo G. Garcia, with support from the UPOU Foundation, Inc. , conducted the Sining Saya sa Tag-init Art Workshop. The art workshop was organized to encourage the youth to develop their interest in the arts and was held from 18 to 28 April 2016 at the UPOU Community Hub in Los Baños, Laguna.Mr. Dante Palmes, a visual artist, sculptor, art instructor and a Master of Fine Arts student in UP Diliman, taught the children the basics of drawing and painting using pencil, watercolor, oil pastel and acrylic paint. The University of the Philippines System showcased its top scientists and artists at its Research and Creative Work Leadership Conference (RCWLC) dubbed "Utak at Puso para sa bayan (A Knowledge Festival)."
