Punzalan, MAN, RN, Adjunct faculty of the Master of Arts in Nursing Program, as the new Deputy Director for Nursing at the Philippine General Hospital (PGH). On 16 December 2023, the University of the Philippines Open University held its 27th Commencement Exercises with the theme, "University of the Future: Reimaginations, Reconfigurations, Realizations." This year, UPOU conferred degrees to 571 students from 31 degree programs. The graduation ceremony started at 5:00 PM, with the procession starting from the UPOU Oblation. The University of the Philippines (UP) has approved 571 UP Open University (UPOU) students for graduation. This 16 December 2023, UPOU will hold its 27th Commencement Exercises to confer these degrees to these students. This is the last batch of UP graduates for the year 2023.  Carrying the theme “University of the Future: Reimaginations, Reconfigurations, Realizations,” the 27th UPOU Commencement Exercises will be held at the UPOU Oblation Plaza, UPOU headquarters, Los Baños, Laguna, starting at 5:00 PM.
