The UP Open University (UPOU) Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) Committee organized a training on Occupational First Aid & Basic Life Support (BLS)- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with Automated External Defibrillator (AED). This training is part of its #AlwaysReady campaign and in celebration of National Resilience Month and was held on 24-25 July 2023 at the Audio Visual Room (AVR), UPOU Headquarters, Los Baños, Laguna. The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU),  through the Wellness and Healthy Lifestyle Committee, organized its first-ever onsite flu vaccination event to recognize the importance of being protected from influenza (flu) viruses.
