Dr. Leo Mendel Rosario, an Assistant Professor  at the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU), Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS),  attended the Australia Awards Aus4ASEAN Short Course on Skills Forecasting for the Fourth Industrial Revolution from 5-21 May 2023.
