In time with the celebration of National Women's Month, the UP Open University (UPOU) Office of Gender Concerns (OGC) launched the UPOU National Women’s Month face-to-face campaign on 6 March 2024 at the UPOU Headquarters. The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU), spearheaded by the University Library (UL) under the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs (OVCAA),  conducted a hybrid training program titled, “Enhancing Academic Research: Orientation and Training on eResources.” This was held onsite at the Centennial Center for Digital Learning (CCDL) Auditorium at the UPOU Headquarters in Los Baños, Laguna, and online via Zoom on 29 February 2024.
