The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) opened the celebration of Women's Month with a timely and informative webinar entitled "ODeL for the Future and ALL: UPOU Women's Month Forum." The Information and Communication Technology Development Office (ICTDO) of the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) organized a seminar on 14 March 2023, to educate its employees on the importance of protecting their personal accounts. In celebration of International Forest Day, K-12 students around Laguna were welcomed to the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS) Perma G.A.R.D.E.N (Growing Appreciation toward Resilience, Development, Entrepreneurship, and Nutrition). The UP Open University renewed its Certificate of Registration as Book Publisher (Print & Digital) with the National Book Development Board (NBDB).  The Executive Director of NBDB, Charisse Aquino-Tugade, signed the certificate and it is valid until 31 March 2024. Since 2020, UP Open University has been a registered Book and E-book Publisher of the NBDB under the provisions of the Book Publishing Industry Development Act, also known as R.A. 8047. The UPOU has published books in printed and e-book formats in their  Open and Distance e-Learning (ODeL) network, accessible by learners, faculty members, and people outside the University.  [...]
