The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) Faculty of Education (FEd) has appointed a new Faculty Secretary and set of Program Chairs for several of its programs effective Academic Year 2022-2023. Assistant Professor Rita C. Ramos will serve as FEd Faculty Secretary until 31 July 2023. Asst. Prof. Ramos is a regular faculty of the Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS) and a registered nurse. The Director of the Office of Gender Concerns (OGC) of the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU), Dr. Finaflor F. Taylan, will serve as the president of the Asian Association of Women’s Studies (AAWS) for 2023 to 2025.
