University of the Philippines Open University Chancellor, Dr. Melinda dela Peña Bandalaria, participated in the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) Network Policy Dialogue 2021 on 29 November  2021 via ZOOM. Three University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU)  students bag several awards in the 7th National Research Conference in Science and Mathematics Education (NRCSME) held by the Department of Science and Technology-Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI). The Philippines Communication Society (PCS) has released the newest issue of the PCS Review with the theme Digital Communication Culture and University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) has made a big contribution.  UP Professor Emeritus and Former Chancellor of UPOU, Dr. Grace Javier Alfonso, is the guest editor for the 2020 issue as she curated seven articles on Digital Communication Culture. The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) will be holding its 25th Commencement Exercises this 11 December 2021 -- the last of the University of the Philippines (UP) System graduation rites for the year. SyenSaya 2021 includes virtual exhibits featuring programs, services and technologies of LBSC's member-agencies. The Los Baños Science Community Foundation, Inc.
