UPOU FICS Hosts Empowered Customer Service Training for COMELEC Personnel in Iloilo City

The UP Open University (UPOU) Faculty of Information and Communication Studies (FICS) recently conducted a training for the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Region 6 entitled, “Empowered Customer Service Training (Empowering COMELEC Personnel for Responsive and Quality Delivery of Client Services) held between 03-08 June 2024 at the Grand Xing Imperial Hotel, Iloilo City, Philippines.  The UPOU FICS Team hosted three (3) batches of participants for the whole duration of the training. UPOU Employees Attend Synchronized Flag Raising Ceremony to Open UP’s Linggo ng Unibersidad

On 10 June 2024, the University of the Philippines (UP) opened the Linggo ng Unibersidad with a synchronized flag-raising ceremony across all UP Constituent Units (CUs). While the main program was held at the Quezon Hall in UP Diliman, all eight UP CUs, including the UP Open University (UPOU), participated in the event via Zoom.
