The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) will be celebrating its 27th founding anniversary on 23 February 2022. This celebration carries the theme “University of the Future: Reimaginations, Reconfigurations, Realizations.” The 27th Anniversary Program will be held virtually in the morning of the 23rd.
