Another proud moment for FICS!FICS faculty members earned top honors at the 38th Annual Conference of the Asian Association of Open Universities (AAOU) in Beijing, China.Dr. Reinald Adrian Pugoy (5th from right in photo) received the Gold Medal in the Best Paper Award category, while Asst. Prof. Mary Kristene Clariño (4th from right) and Asst. Prof. Shaira Tanay (5th from left) were awarded Silver Medals under the AAOU Young Innovator Award.Along with them were UPOU Chancellor Dr. Joane Serrano (beside Asst. Prof. Tanay), former UPOU Chancellor Dr. Melinda Bandalaria (2nd from right), and UPOU Vice Chancellor Dr. Jean Saludadez (rightmost). They were also joined by (from left) UPOU ICTDO staff members Renz Jemil Magsino and Adriane Jennel Alarcon, UPOU Chief Administrative Officer Michael Lagaya, and FICS Asst.
