Ms. Rhonna Marie Vereña, a University Researcher in the Faculty of Education (FEd), University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) has been appointed on 6 June 2019 as the Director of the newly established UPOU Ugnayan ng Pahinungod Office. During the recently concluded Licensure Exam for Real Estate Consultants, Ms. Dorothy May Rayela Nubla and Mr. Agusto Babula Agosto, two students from the Diploma in Land Valuation and Management (DLVM) Program of the University of the Philippines-Faculty of Management and Development Studies (UPOU-FMDS) were among the 43 passers out of the total 45 Real Estate Consultant Licensure exam takers. During this year’s Environmental Planning Licensure Examination (EPLE), five students and one graduate from the Diploma in Land Use Planning (DLUP) Program of the University of the Philippines-Faculty of Management and Development Studies (UPOU-FMDS) were among the 2019 passers out of the total 4,973 EPLE examinees.
