The Faculty of Education (FED) of the UP Open University (UPOU) organized a pre-conference workshop on Instructional Design in Open and Distance eLearning (ODeL) on 22 November 2017 during the 5th National Conference on Open and Distance eLearning (NCODeL). The pre-conference workshop consisted of a lecture, writeshop, and presentation of outputs by the participants. Asst. Prof. Charisse T. Dr. Chakrapani Pushpa of Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Open University, India and Faculty of Education's exchange fellow presented her exit report on Open Educational Resources for Equitable Quality Education in the Philippines.
