Graduation Confirmation and Final Instructions for Commencement Exercises

As part of the activities leading up to the UPOU 28th Commencement Exercises on 7 December 2024, the Office of the University Registrar has sent graduation confirmation emails on the following dates: 16 April 2024: for 1st Trimester and 1st Semester candidates 7 August 2024: for 2nd Trimester and 2nd Semester candidates  The notifications were sent to the email addresses recorded in AIMS.  For the 3rd Trimester and Midyear candidates, we shall send notifications as soon as the list of candidates is approved by the UP Board of Regents.
