To prepare the various sectors for the online mode of teaching and learning which will be the new normal when classes open for the next school year, the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) PLDT Infoteach Outreach Program  conducted a webinar series titled "Gearing up for the New Normal in Teaching and Learning.” The initial session was held on 28 July 2020 which  focused on the topic “Preparing your course for online delivery." UPOU elected as President of LBSCFI

The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) has been elected as the new President of the Los Banos Science Community Foundation, Inc. (LBSCFI). Edu-Hack to tackle Blended Learning for K-12

The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) continues with its bi-monthly episode of the “Edu-Hack: Navigating a Turbulent Educational Landscape.” The first episode for August will tackle “K-12 Blended Learning Interactions: What’s Working? Our students need your help. COVID-19 has changed the way we live, the way we work, and the way we teach and learn. We need to be flexible and adapt, but most are finding it hard because of the technological requirements these uncertain and rapidly evolving times have imposed upon us. #KaagapayUP project to bring hope to financially challenged UP students
