The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU), led by Chancellor Melinda dela Pena Bandalaria, held an orientation on open and distance eLearning (ODeL) and about UPOU with overseas Filipino workers (OFW) in Kaohsiung, Taiwan on 16 May 2017.
