The UP Open University (UPOU) Cultural Committee proudly hosts the solo art exhibit of Jose Glenn Blanco entitled "Paglalayag sa Kulay ng Buhay" at the Galeria Sinag, UPOU Community Hub, Los Baños, Laguna. The Commonwealth of Learning (COL) has opened ten slots for conference fellowships to the 30th Conference of the Asian Association of Open Universities (AAOU2016) on 26-29 October 2016 in Manila, Philippines.The fellowships will be awarded to delegates of not more than 45 years old from AAOU Member institutions in Bangladesh, India, Maldives, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
