Alfonso recognized for her contributions as mass communication and multimedia practitioner, teacher, researcher, and administrator.Dr. Grace Javier Alfonso has been appointed as Professor Emeritus by the University of the Philippines at the 1309th Meeting of the UP Board of Regents held on 22 July 2015.
