Dean Bagarinao is one of the 25 Senior Fellows awarded by DILG Secretary Eduardo M. Año, Chairman of the PPSC Board of Trustees authorized through PPSC Operations Manual Rule IV, L Sections 1-2 and PPSC Academic Board Resolution 2021-05.
