The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS) held its Recognition and Fellowship Program at the UP Open University Headquarters, Los Baños, Laguna. This was done last 15 December 2023 to commemorate and recognize the FMDS graduating class 2023. Dr. Joane V. It started with the singing of the National Anthem, followed by back-to-back messages from Dr. Diego Silang S. Maranan, Dean of FICS, and Ms. Andrea V. Dr. Reinald Adrian Pugoy, Director of the UP Open University (UPOU) ICT Development Office (ICTDO) and Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Information and Communication Studies (FICS), served as the resource person at the Data Analytics Forum organized by the College of Management (CM), UP Visayas, on 21 November 2023.
