The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) in collaboration with the Human Rights Violations Victims Memorial Commission (HRVVMC) and the Bantayog ng mga Bayani Foundation  launched a free online course on Wikipedia Editing and Fighting Historical Distortion on 20 August 2021 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM via Zoom. The UP Mental Health Wellness (MHW) Program of the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA) is a set of initiatives in order to address the needs of vulnerable students and promote care in the University. The University is strengthening its Mental Health and Wellness Network to respond to the Mental Health concerns and coping needs of UP students. The network continues to expand by designating College Mental Health Focal Persons per CU who can advocate mental health care in their respective academic units.
