In its eleventh year, the UPOU annual blood donation drive was held last 04 April 2023 at the UPOU Oblation Hall, Los Baños, Laguna.  It was organized by the UPOU Faculty of Information and Communication Studies (FICS) in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross - Laguna Chapter and the UPOU Office of the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration. The Ugnayan ng Pahinungod University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) hosted a webinar titled “Mag-isaisip: Conversations on Mindfulness” on 16 May 2022.  The webinar is the fifth and last in the Lusog-Isip series organized by the Ugnayan ng Pahinungod Committee on Psychosocial Emergency Services (CoPES). As part of its public service tradition, the UP Open University (UPOU) holds annual blood donation drives. Now in its tenth year, the UPOU Blood Donation Drive was held on 6 April 2022 at the UPOU Community Hub in Los Baños, Laguna. This year, 60 blood bags were collected, surpassing the 2019 UPOU Blood Donation Drive’s total number of successful donors.
