DILG endorses UPOU MPM’s MOOC on Inter-Local Cooperation The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) has formally endorsed the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on Interlocal Cooperation (ILC) of the Master of Public Management (MPM) Program.
