Open Education Week is celebrated every March of each year. The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) is one with the world in celebrating this event as part of its  advocacy for open education. This 2021, it will be held on 1 to 5 March 2021 and UPOU has lined up activities in celebration of Open Education Week 2021. The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) Chancellor, Dr. Melinda dela Pena Bandalaria, will be speaking for the Webinar on Pedagogy and Course Development organized by the Cavite State University (CVSU). This webinar will be held on 25 to 26 June 2020.  Dr. Bandalaria’s topic will be about “Teaching and Learning in Distance eLearning Mode of Instruction.” The webinar will be done via Cisco Webex at 9:00 to 10:30 AM on both days.  This webinar by CVSU  is part of the capacity-building project of the university on course design and delivery for flexible learning arrangement for its faculty members.
