The Caraga State University (CSU) conducted an online benchmarking meeting with the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) on 6 April 2026 to learn UPOU’s practices in designing and implementing microcredential programs. The discussion centered on UPOU’s processes in offering and developing microcredentials, as well as the institutional structures that support their implementation.
