The third episode of GADTalk of the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) Office of Gender Concerns (OGC) centered on protection against online sexual harassment. Eighteen state colleges and universities (SUCs) attended the orientation about the Sustainable Institution Building for Open Learning (SIBOL) program held via zoom on 24 June 2021, 10 AM to 12:00 PM.
