With UP Open University’s 24th Commencement Exercises and its 1st ever Virtual Graduation, 412 were conferred their degrees and are new Alumni of the university. History was made last Saturday, 5 December 2020, as the UP Open University (UPOU) Faculty of Information and Communication Studies (FICS) conducted its first virtual Recognition and Thanksgiving.
