Dr. Maripres U. Sarinas, Assistant Professor of the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS), was appointed as the new Secretary to the Faculty of FMDS effective 06 February 2020. She succeeded Asst. Prof. Rita C. Ramos who served for four years and who has been recently appointed as the University Registrar. Dr. Ricardo T. Bagarinao, incumbent Dean of the UP Open University (UPOU) Faculty of Education (FEd), has been granted a second term. The UP Board of Regents, on its 1350th Meeting held on 3 February 2020, approved the appointment of Dr. Bagarinao. His second term as Dean is effective from 01 February 2020 to 31 January 2023. With UPOU’s 25th year this 2020, various activities are in store for UPOU’s stakeholders and partners.  Off the Lip 2020 (OTLip20) will kick-off the year-long celebration. This is a two-day research event will be held on 24 to 25 January 2020 at the Centennial Center for Digital Learning (CCDL), UPOU, Los Baños, Laguna.
