On 20 November 2023, the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) hosted an exploratory meeting with Mr. Ravi Raj, the founder and CEO of Authentica, at the UPOU Headquarters in Los Baños, Laguna. The University of the Philippines Open University further operationalizes its gender diversity and inclusivity principles by allowing transgender and gender non-conforming (TGNC) individuals to freely be and express themselves based on their gender identities and expression during the graduation ceremony.
