Cristina Padolina, former UPOU Chancellor; Dr. Consuelo Habito, MENRM Program Chair; and For. Karl Abelard Edberto Villegas, MENRM Program faculty.

Elementary and high school students and teachers, as well as Barangay Women’s Group, were also present during the launching program.
