The Master of Arts in Nursing (MAN) commenced its Blended Program Workshop on July 11, 2023. Unlike traditional workshops, which take place on consecutive days and in the same location, the Workshop activities will take place on different days and times in July 2023, with synchronous (online and face-to-face) and asynchronous tasks, demonstrating the flexible nature of online distance platforms.

The MAN Workshop 2023 intends to address Microcredentials, Sustainable Development Goals, and Gender Issues in the program. The workshop will also provide updates on the MAN Curriculum, the current status of students, collaborative projects with Universitas Padjadjaran, and hospital partnerships. Lastly, the workshop intends to plan sustainable strategies for improvement for the succeeding academic years.

On July 19 to 20 2023, MAN will conduct its two-day Face-to-Face Workshop at the Sandbox, CCDL, UPOU Headquarters in Los Baños. The first day of the workshop will focus on the program shift from Master of Arts in Nursing (MAN) to Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), to be tackled by Assistant Professor Arnold Peralta, from University of the Philippines Manila College of Nursing.

The event will be attended both online and in person by esteemed MAN faculty and lecturers. Program will begin at 8:00 a.m. and end at 6:00 p.m., following the curriculum review session in the afternoon. On the second day of the workshop, participants will discuss the outcomes of the curricular review, the proposed Program Manual, and the upcoming MAN Anniversary. Succeeding meetings of the MAN Workshop will resume online on July 26, 2023.
