In light of the recent Typhoons Rolly and Ulysses that devastated many of our countrymen, the 24th UP Open University Commencement Exercises and 1st Virtual Graduation Ceremony has been moved to 5 December 2020. This will allow the UPOU Community to both recover and help others recuperate, and ensure that our graduates and their families are safe and warm as they celebrate this momentous event.
