During its year-end celebration, the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) recognized the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) for Partnership Excellence, a testament to UPOU’s continued support and collaboration with GSIS in delivering services effectively. The event was held on 13 December 2024 at Asia Blooms Restaurant in Sta.
