The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU), together with the entire UP System, continues to uphold excellence in teaching, research, creative work, and public service through the 2025–2027 One UP Professorial Chair and Faculty Grant Awards. Administered through the UP Academic Data Collection Portal, these awards recognize faculty members across the UP System who have demonstrated outstanding performance in at least two of the three core areas of faculty work: teaching, research or creative work, and public service.

Established with the approval of the UP Board of Regents, the One UP Professorial Chair and Faculty Grant Awards aim to provide recognition and incentives to faculty members whose work significantly contributes to their disciplines, their constituent universities, and the nation. Professorial Chair Awards are granted to top-performing full and associate professors, while Faculty Grant Awards recognize the second tier of high-performing faculty members, including associate professors, assistant professors, and exceptionally performing instructors.

For the 2025–2027 cycle, awardees were evaluated based on accomplishments from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2024. Teaching remains the primary criterion across all award categories, underscoring UP’s commitment to quality education alongside research excellence and meaningful public service.

The UPOU Faculty of Management and Development Studies proudly recognizes the following faculty members as recipients of the One UP Professorial Chair and Faculty Grant Awards:
