The UPOU Faculty of Management and Development Studies proudly announces the appointment of Ms. Maria Cecilia E. Punzalan, MAN, RN, Adjunct faculty of the Master of Arts in Nursing Program, as the new Deputy Director for Nursing at the Philippine General Hospital (PGH).

Ms. Punzalan, a distinguished alumna of the University of the Philippines College of Nursing, brings extensive experience, having graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1990 and a Master of Arts in Nursing in 1999. Her previous role as Chief of the Division of Nursing Research and Development at PGH highlighted her commitment to advancing nursing practices.

Her selection for this role showcases her expertise, leadership, and dedication to nursing excellence. The UPOU family extends our heartfelt congratulations and best wishes as she embarks on this new journey in her esteemed career.
