Representatives from UPOU included Dr. Myra C. Almodiel, Director of the Office of Public Affairs (OPA), and Asst. Prof. Mari Anjeli Lubrica-Crisanto, Director of the Quality Assurance Office (QAO). On the USA-Iloilo side, Engr. Joel Garcera, Director for the Center for Information and Communication Support Services (CICSS) and EdTech, along with Engr. Glenda Guanzon, Supervisor for EdTech-CICSS, participated in the discussion.

UPOU’s commitment to open and accessible education extends beyond its own programs.
