Participants from the ASEAN Member States were also invited to share experiences of their countries for GEDSI mainstreaming.

In her second session, Director Taylan focused on inclusive leadership and the profound impacts of social inclusion. She highlighted ASEAN’s ongoing efforts to create safe, inclusive public sector workplaces for all genders, stressing the importance of a supportive and inclusive environment for the advancement of GEDSI in the region. The orientation helped deepen understanding of gender equality, disability, and social inclusion in the workplace.
