The UP Open University (UPOU) in collaboration with the Commission on Higher Education(CHED) is launching the First Philippine Higher Education  Internationalization Award. Our goal is to recognize institutions of higher learning who were able to implement internationalization initiatives that are  INNOVATIVE, CREATIVE, INCLUSIVE, and SUSTAINABLE.
