On 16 December 2023, the University of the Philippines Open University held its 27th Commencement Exercises with the theme, "University of the Future: Reimaginations, Reconfigurations, Realizations." This 16 December 2023, UPOU will hold its 27th Commencement Exercises to confer these degrees to these students.
