The 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩-𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐍 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 (𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐚-𝐀𝐔𝐍) 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 is now accepting applicants for AY 2024-2025. The University of the Philippines (UP) has approved 571 UP Open University (UPOU) students for graduation. This 16 December 2023, UPOU will hold its 27th Commencement Exercises to confer these degrees to these students. Dr. Melinda dela Peña Bandalaria, Chancellor of the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU), attended the 29th International Council for Open and Distance Education (ICDE) World Conference in San Jose, Costa Rica.
